ScoutVault
Private beta · opening Q1 2027

Your players. Your criteria. Your reports.

You watched the game. You know what you saw. Getting it out of a notebook and into something a sporting director will actually read is the part that costs you the evening. ScoutVault is the part in between.

  • Rate at the ground, on your phone. No signal in the stand is normal. Reports save offline and sync when you are back on it.
  • Your criteria, not a template. Set them per position, weight them the way you weigh them, rename them later — your history stays intact.
  • Compared against players you have actually watched. Percentiles come from your own vault, not from a vendor database of a league you do not cover.
  • It stays yours. Export everything, delete everything, hosted in the EU. Share a report through a link that expires, not by handing over your account.

One report, illustrated. The overall is the weighted mean of the criteria you rated — you do not type it, and you cannot overrule it.

Scouting for a living? I want to hear where this falls short.

I am looking for a small number of working scouts and analysts to use ScoutVault for a month on real games and tell me what is wrong with it. Not a waiting list — I read and answer every one myself.

  • Free for the whole pilot, and everything you put in exports in one click — whether you stay or not.
  • A direct line to the person who builds it. What you flag gets fixed in days, not quarters.
  • In return: use it on games you were going to watch anyway, and be blunt when it gets in the way.
